Increasingly, developers are learning that green sells. Green is providing much needed green backs to fuel continued growth in Panama.

The developers of Sunset Point went so far as to consult with the famous Smithsonian Institution in Washington to insure that its plans were sound. In compliance with the direction provided by the Smithsonian, the developers went so far as to pay to have mangroves planted along the banks of a recently excavated portion of the canal.
